Description

Smaug. Some things you just have to get out of your system ^^

This was mostly done as practice to see how far I can push an image in one evening. It is still a work in progress,  about 6 hours in or so, but I am very happy with progress so far, because it is a lot more than I usually manage in that timeframe. Need to adopt this work-habit more. Since it's a WIP, I will move this to the scrapbook once I finish the illustration.

I like this design for Smaug's head; I thought his mouth being curved in the movie was a little out of place. Great job!
